After dividing employees into groups in the user list, group stats are activated. The difference between groups and departments are that employees can belong to several groups whereas they can only be part of one department.
When sharing with groups, employees only receive one invitation even though they are included in several groups.
Statistically, user data figure in all groups that they belong to and the group statistics indicate the effectiveness of the group based on the users that are in them.
How to read the chart
The chart indicates the performance of each group and indicated the activity of each group. Consider to activate inactive groups or reactivate passive groups.
